Shipping Process

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of Skolfashion and our objective is to take the hassle out of shipping. Once you have placed your order, we will oversee the process from the supplier until it safely reaches you, leaving you to focus on more important matters than logistics.
- Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a summary of your order
- Once your order processed you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow up on your shipment until delivery.

Average Delivery time

Below you will find the average delivery time of all our packages:

- Order cutoff time: 15:00 (GMT) greenwich mean time (London) : after this time we no longer process orders received on that day. For orders processed after cutoff time, one day gets added to the delivery time estimate.
- Order handling time: 1 to 2 days, fulfilled Monday to Friday. After this time the shipment for the order is delivered to the carrier company and ready for transit.
- Transit time: 6 to 8 days, Delivered Monday to Friday

Delivery Cost

Shipping is free. We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home, 100% free. There is also no minimum order quantity required.

Order Tracking

Once you place an order you will see it appear as Pending in the Track Orders section of your account. From here you can monitor the detailed progress as it makes its way to you. If you have items from multiple suppliers in the same order, then please bear in mind that you will receive several packages.
You will receive an email once your order has been packed for final delivery including the name of the courier and their tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery online and also to coordinate any local delivery requirements directly with the courier. In addition to this, you can always reach out to Skolfashion Support using our support email support@skolfashion.com or our support contact form and we will gladly guide you further.

Availability

The stock availability shown on Skolfashion is based on the best information available at that time. While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely availability information, it may change between the time that you added an item to your cart and the time your order is processed.
In rare cases, an item may become out of stock, or the quantity that you ordered may no longer be available. In that case, we will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed. In most instances, the item will be available again within the next 24-48 hours.

Handling and Delivery

Skolfashion will assign delivery of your order to one of their approved courier partners, and they are responsible for delivering your order to your door. During this process, all orders are processed by customs, after which the final delivery is arranged.
If there is any exterior damage visible on the packaging at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery of the shipment and it will be returned back to us for further inspection. In case you discover that the item is damaged after accepting the delivery, then please contact Skolfashion Support within 14 days of delivery and we will assist. Any imperfection or damage to the external packaging alone is not considered as item damage.

Import Clearance

Skolfashion is required to comply with local regulations in each country governing the importing of approved items. This means that some items available on Skøl may in fact be prohibited or restricted in some countries.
After you place your order, we review the details to verify whether there are any prohibited items based on your location. In the event that there are, then we will cancel those that are prohibited in order to comply with the regulations. We will only do this if it is necessary, and you will receive a full refund for any items that we remove on these grounds.
